About Us and The Area


Hunny Hideaway is our beautiful holiday home right by the sea. Set over 3 floors with the living area and balcony on the top floor making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. Our home is pet friendly so your furry friend can enjoy Hunstanton, its gorgeous beaches and walks as much as you will. There are plenty of great beaches to visit within a short walk, short drive and lots of other sea-side towns and inland villages nearby that are well worth a visit.

Downstairs hall way with coat racks and shoe storage space and a wet area to dry yourselves and dogs when you come from the beach. 
Ground floor bedroom with en-suite and kitchenette with access to the garden.
Middle floor with Bedroom 1, 2 and bathroom containing large walk-in shower, toilet and basin.  
Top floor with fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher, breakfast bar and dining area, sofas, sofa bed, TV, balcony and sea views.  Air-conditioned throughout.
*Use of communal garden area.  Self check-in using keybox.  Car-parking.

Hunstanton has numerous eateries, including Chives, Henry's of Hunstanton for an amazing eat-in Fish and Chip experience or Sally's by the funfair for takeaway, The Lodge, Honeystones for good value, The Fountain Bar at Searles, Northgate Indian, The Ski Club Cafe, The Lighthouse Cafe, The Norfolk Deli and so many more all within walking distance. There are even more a short drive away. Hunstanton with its lovely dog friendly sandy beach  with access right by Hunny Hideaway means you'll be perfectly positioned.  Here you can go on the Wash Monster to see the Hunstanton coast, The Old Wreck and visit the seals on the sandbanks. The Sandringham Estate is a must visit as is the Lavender Farms, Old Hunstanton for its beach, cliff and walks and a little further round the coast the Holkham Hall Estate. The walk from Holkham to Wells-next-the-sea is beautiful through the woods and along the beach as is Wells itself. For the nature lovers Snettisham Park, Brancaster Bay, Titchwell Marsh, and Blakeney to name a few. For rainy days in and near Hunstanton there's the Sea Life Sanctuary, Bowling, Princess Theatre, plenty of arcades, the Oasis Leisure Centre and Pool, Private Hunstanton Pool Hire and in Snettisham 5 minutes down the road Farmer Fred's Adventure Play Barn.

A car will give you more opportunity to explore further afield, but the Coasthopper bus service is regular and reasonably priced and runs between King's Lynn and Mundesley.   The tourist information office in Hunstanton is conveniently positioned and has all the information you need to cater for any activities if you haven't pre-planned your itinerary.
