Hunny Rules
and T's & C's
Hunny Hideaway is our holiday home and we are pleased to be able to share it with you and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
We have various house rules and booking terms and conditions to ensure that our home is kept to a high standard and to ensure you a pleasurable stay and experience.
Payment, Cancellation and Damage Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the total booking cost is due at the time of booking with balance due 56 days before your arrival date. Full payment is due at time of booking if less than 56 days until date of arrival. A surcharge of £10 per person per night is applicable for bookings of 7-10 people.

A 50% refund of total cost of booking will be given for cancellations upto 28 days before date of arrival if the full balance has been paid. Cancellations or changes to length of stay that are within 28 days of arrival will forfeit any payments made (damage deposit will be refunded).
A £150 damage deposit is required at the time of booking. This is not part of the total holiday payment cost and will be returned within 14 days of departure subject to the following:-
* no towels or bed linen damaged or lost (hair dye and fake tan can damage the towels and linen please do not use during your stay)
* all kitchen items are cleaned and returned to cupboards and drawers/dishwasher emptied
* all keys are returned to the key box, doors and windows all locked
*air conditioning turned off
* all rubbish is emptied from the property (property not always cleaned as soon as vacated and bins can smell)
* no damage to the house or contents beyond normal wear and tear, please report any accidental breakages, please no outdoor shoes to be worn upstairs to protect carpets and flooring
* strictly no smoking
in the property or on the balcony
* pets are permitted. We do not charge for pets, we know how difficult it is to keep dogs off furniture so please ensure you bring your own throws. Any damage caused by pets may forfeit return of the damage deposit. We also ask that if you bring your pets that you vacuum all animal hair before you leave. Any extra cleaning time needed due to excess dog hair will be taken from your damage deposit (ie please leave the house as you found it.) Please clean up after your pets around the site
* blockage of the toilet system - please do not flush any nappies, wipes or feminine hygiene products
* please leave our home as you found it.
Any bookings made under false pretence will forfeit all monies paid and will not be permitted to stay.
Check-in
A key box code will be given to you for your arrival so you can check-in at your convenience after 4pm. Checkout is by 10am on the day of departure.
Parking
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Please park parallel to the garage (across our property only) and in designated parking areas only.
What's Included
No additional fees are included for bedding, towels, electricity, wifi etc. Please bring your own beach/swimming/dog towels. Wifi password is on display in the house. There are a few toys for younger children, a small selection of books, games, puzzles and a DVD player, please bring your own DVD's. There is no satellite TV, but access to your Netflix etc accounts is available through the TV. Washing machine, air conditioning, clothes airer, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, high-chair also provided.
Insurance
The owners of Hunny Hideaway take no responsibility for any illness or injury to any person or any pets staying or visiting Hunny Hideaway. It is your responsibility to ensure you have travel insurance to cover your stay at Hunny Hideaway.
